Ivana Belmont

Ivana Belmont, formerly Ivana Nikolova, brings remarkable competency, efficiency, and insight to her work as an immigration paralegal. Ms. Belmont has extensive experience assisting with the preparation of relative petitions, adjustment of status, naturalization, and humanitarian immigration cases. She has helped to prepare cases for filing within the United States and at embassies and consulates abroad. With an intimate understanding of waivers, U visas, VAWA, and other forms of humanitarian relief, Ms. Belmont helps The Gaston Law Firm, P.A. fight for the rights of the most vulnerable members of our community. A gifted linguist, Ms. Belmont speaks Bulgarian, Croatian, English, Macedonian, and Serbian fluently. Ms. Belmont has traveled throughout Europe, and she studied at the Goce Delčev University.
